The most encouraging part of the Bears’ offensive coordinator change is the fact that Williams is playing like the college version of himself.

Williams has hit his stride in the past two games since Thomas Brown took over as offensive coordinator, where he's completed 70.5% of his passes for an average 285.5 yards per game with two touchdowns and zero interceptions and a 99.1 passer rating.

The team was sloppy in committing seven penalties for 80 yards, including multiple flags on Jaylon Johnson as he battled stud Vikings receiver Justin Jefferson for much of the day. The rest of the defense was even worse, giving up big plays on the ground to Aaron Jones and a career day through the air to Jordan Addison.
