Stalker 2 Is Targeting Seven Key Areas In Its First Patch For Xbox & PC

Welcome to a new week - a week that marks the beginning of Stalker 2 updates on Xbox and PC! The first post-launch update in the game's history should arrive at some point in the coming days, and we already know what kind of improvements it'll be targeting. There are seven areas of focus for this one, and they are as follows:

A Fix Is Coming For Stalker 2's Weird Xbox Controller Issue

According to Windows Central, Stalker 2 sets the controller's gamepad deadzones to zero on Xbox. As a result, this means that even the slightest nudge on the controller's stick will move the player while being in the game.

GSC Game World posted a message today thanking everyone for buying Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, and also letting us know what we can expect from the patch that will release "during the week to come.

Eurogamer reported that developer GSC Game World announced that the first patch for Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl will address player feedback directly. In a Steam update shared over the weekend, the studio revealed that it has identified several issues and outlined its priorities for the upcoming patch.
