The Commission for Air Quality Management noted that most primary schools in Delhi and around lack the resources to conduct classes entirely online

The CAQM noted that Delhi's primary schools lack resources for online classes, particularly affecting Classes 10 and 12. It directed state governments to implement hybrid learning for all up to grade 12.

The central panel asked the state governments to ensure that classes up to 12th standard along with college and other educational institution classes are held in “hybrid” mode wherever feasible.
