On Sunday, the Hurricanes reactivated star forward Seth Jarvis from injury list after the player missed his team's last seven games.

RALEIGH, N.C. - Eric Tulsky, General Manager of the National Hockey League’s Carolina Hurricanes, today announced that the team has activated forward Seth Jarvis from injured reserve. In addition, the team has recalled goaltender Yaniv Perets from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League (AHL) and assigned defenseman Ty Smith to the Wolves.

The Carolina Hurricanes have activated winger Seth Jarvis off of injured reserve signifying that he may be ready to return to game action. The 22-year-old forward has missed the team's last seven games due to what has been labeled as an upper-body injury.
