Yashasvi Jaiswal notched up his first overseas ton, as he went past the three-figure mark against Australia on Day 3 of the Perth Test.

Following the emphatic 295-run win over Australia at Perth on Monday, India captain Jasprit Bumrah lavished praise on young Yashasvi Jaiswal. Hailing his century as Perth as Jaiswal's best ever, Bumrah said the young left-handed opener left the ball well.

India dominated Day 3 of the first Test against Australia in Perth, setting a commanding target of 534 runs. Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul's opening stand of 201, followed by Virat Kohli's century, propelled India to 487/6 declared.
